CRITERIA

1. Form a team of 4 bowlers, with at least 1 female player.

   Names are to be submitted by 24 May, or earlier.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. This tournament is open to all from the Aviation, Aerospace and UAS industries.

2. All bowlers in a team must be under the employment of a singular company.

3. A company may submit applications for up to 2 teams. If you have more teams, please write to us and we will place them on the waiting list.

4. No refund of entry fees will be made after it has been paid.

ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT

1. All bowlers must report to the registration counter at least 45mins before the tournament begins.

2. Any team which fails to show up and/ or is late for registration may be disqualified and the entry fees forfeited.

3. Please bring along your employee pass as you may be requested to show proof of employment.

4. Bowling balls and shoes will be provided by Orchid Bowl. Bowlers may also choose to bring their own.

5. Bowlers are required to dress appropriately for bowling.

6. Bowlers are required to bring their own socks or purchase them onsite at $1.90.

7. Masks are to be worn in the bowling center.

8. Lunch will be provided for consumption at a designated eating area.

AAIS reserves the right to accept or reject any applications as we deem fit. Any matter arising which is not covered here will be decided by AAIS, whose decision shall be final.
