AAIS is proud to collaborate with the five Polytechnics and ITE for Aerospace Day 2025, to be held on 23 April 2025 (Wednesday). This initiative is part of our efforts to develop talent and address the growing manpower needs of the industry.

Aerospace Day provides graduating students with invaluable exposure to the industry, inspiring them and helping them make informed choices. Activities such as company tours and interactions with industry professionals give students a chance to better appreciate the nature of work, work environment, diverse job roles and career prospects. Company visits, in particular, have been a firm favourite and highlight for past Aerospace Days. 

Supported by e2i, EDB, JTC, and WSG, the event will be hosted at one of the IHLs (final location to be advised).

We invite Aerospace and UAS companies to participate in this outreach effort. Take the opportunity to strengthen your brand and expand recruitment opportunities with aerospace-trained students and mid-career jobseekers.

How You Can Participate

A. Exhibition Table Top

- Engage with students and mid-career jobseekers in person

B. Company Tour

- Host students (20 pax per group) for a short visit to your facility. You can consider hosting more than 1 group simultaneously in a one-hour slot if it is more convenient and where manpower allows

C. Job Opportunities

- Conduct face-to-face interview with mid-career jobseekers on-site

D. Company Sharing

Inspire students and jobseekers with a presentation on career opportunities and development at your company
