    Dr. Valerie Manning is Airbus’ SVP of Training & Flight Operations Services, based in Toulouse, France. In this role, she manages Airbus’ flight, maintenance, cabin and structure training, its flight simulation business, its Navblue subsidiary, and its flight operations engineering, support and Training standards. Prior to this role, she was the SVP of Customer Support, and before that, head of Airbus’ Upgrade Services business.

    Dr. Manning was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, and also consulted privately in multidisciplinary optimization and supersonic aircraft design. An active instrument-rated pilot and Flight Instructor in Europe, Dr. Manning holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical & aerospace engineering from Princeton Universirty, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in aeronautics and astronautics from Stanford University. Dr. Manning served a full career as an officer in the United States Air Force, both on active duty and in the reserves.

    Mr Dan Abraham is Boeing’s Vice President of Commercial Business responsible for leading business development, marketing, and sales support for Boeing Global Services’ commercial market around the world.

    Most recently, Dan was Vice President, Commercial Sales and Marketing, Europe, Turkey, and Israel for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Prior to this role, he held a variety of sales program manager and sales director positions, adding increasing levels of responsibility for some of Boeing’s largest customers and geographic regions. Before sales, Dan was the Flight Deck and Crew Subject Matter Expert for Marketing. He joined Boeing in 2004 as a Regional Director in the Economic Analysis group.

    Before his Boeing career, Dan was a pilot with American Airlines and served for ten years on active duty in the United States Air Force. He retired in 2013 as a Lieutenant Colonel after a 23-year career spanning active duty and the Air Force Reserve. During his military career, he was a Financial Manager for Air Force Space Command, a C-141 and C-17 pilot, and the program manager responsible for the US Air Force nuclear airlift program.

    Dan has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA from Auburn University. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot rating and has logged over 3,500 flight hours in the C-141, C-17, 727, and MD-80.

    Kathy MacKenzie was appointed President and CEO, Commercial Engine Operations in February 2021.

    Kathy began her GE Aviation career on the Edison Engineering Program and in her early career worked as a rotating parts design and life analysis engineer on the T700, CT7 and CF34 programs. She has held numerous roles in the company, including General Manager for the GEnx Product Line, General Manager of Regional Engines and Services, regional General Manager Commercial Sales Operations supporting Asia and China. Prior to her current appointment, she was the Vice President Asia Pacific Sales where she led overall customer relationships and deal strategies for the Asia Pacific region.

    Kathy has Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and MIT, respectively.

    Mr Nicolas Bonleux has been the Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer, for Liebherr-Aerospace since 2013. In his role, Nicolas leads all aeronautic and transportation activities within the Liebherr Group covering landing gear, flight control and actuation, gears and gearboxes, air management, electronics.

    Nicolas began his career with Liebherr in 1997 as a business development manager. He has held roles as Managing Director of ELEB (a now-defunct JV of Embraer and Liebherr), VP Programs, and EVP Marketing, Sales & Communication for Liebherr-Aerospace & Transportation. Mr Bonleux graduated in Corporate Finance from the HEC Paris Business School.

    Dr Bicky Bhangu is President – South East Asia, Pacific and South Korea at Rolls-Royce, based in Singapore. He is responsible for the operations across the company’s key businesses– Civil Aerospace, Defence and Power Systems.

    Dr Bicky currently serves as Council Member for the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), and is Deputy President of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (SICC). He has served as Deputy President of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF). He was also President of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore over several terms.

    Dr Bicky is an Adjunct Professor at the Nanyang Technological University. He holds a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in Control Systems, PhD in Advanced Machines and Drives from the University of Sheffield and an MBA in Technology Management. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering Technology (IET), and Fellow of Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS).
