The APAQG (Asia Pacific Aerospace Quality Group) Supplier Forum - Singapore will be held at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport on 10 March 2023. The event is a joint effort between the APAQG and the Singapore Aerospace Quality Group (SAQG) – part of the AAIS.
APAQG comprises of companies in the aviation, space and defense industry in Asia Pacific. It is one of the sector of the IAQG (International Aerospace Quality Group) which sets the standard for quality within the worldwide supply chain of the aerospace industry. IAQG is committed to establishing a commonality of quality systems and improvement standards. These standards are documented, published and applied internationally by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and circulated throughout the supply chain.

APAQG Sector Leader
Suguru Watanabe is Director of Commercial Aviation Systems Quality at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI). He represents MHI on the IAQG (International Aerospace Quality Group) and APAQG (Asia Pacific Aerospace Quality Group) as a voting member.
Manager Quality Planning Section at Kawasaki Heavy Industries
Tatsuya Shirai has more than 17 years of quality management experience in Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI). He is actively involved in the JAQG standardization workgroup, IAQG requirements team and IAQG SMC.
Manager Quality Department at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries
Hiroshi Shuto is Manager, Quality Department at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) for commercial aircraft. The company manufactures fuselages, wing boxes, doors, and parts for Boeing and Bombardier Aircraft. Hiroshi has more than 25 years of quality assurance experience in aircraft manufacturing, parts fabrication, supplier control and flight testing. Currently, he is the lead for the Asia-Pacific Certificate Oversight Team that is managing IAQG 9100 series certification scheme in APAQG.
Business Management System Manager at Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC)
Lou Zuozheng is a Business Management System Manager at Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC). He is engaged in the field of process management, QMS and Integrated Management System. He has participated in the IAQG community since 2017, and now serves as IAQG Product & Supply Chain Improvement (PSCI) member, APAQG PSCI Leader, as well as 9136 Sector Document Representative (SDR).
Manager – Corporate Quality Engineering at TATA Advanced Systems Ltd
Mani has more than 13 years of experience in Aero-structures and Aero-Engine Manufacturing & Assembly programs. He represents TASL in activities and initiatives of the various IAQG Standards, SCMH Guidance, and AIMM tool development teams.
Jun Nishiguchi is currently the Quality Manager of Commercial Aviation Systems for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI). He has almost 20 years of quality experience in the commercial aerospace sector and has been involved in the IAQG 9100 as APAQG Sector Document Representative (SDR) and AIMM development team member.
