AAIS is pleased to invite you to sign up for the 'CEO Business Meeting Event for Innovative Industry' organised by SME Support Japan (SMRJ). To be held from 6 to 10 November 2023, the Event involves business matching with Japanese SMEs in Aerospace, Robotics, IT/IoT, Industrial Machinery, or Electric Vehicle technology.

Companies that receive many meeting requests from Japanese companies will be invited to Japan for the business meetings, at the expense of SMRJ.

SMRJ will be prioritising participation by Singapore companies that are:

• Seeking distributorship agreements for, or to procure Japanese parts/products
• Interested in joint development or technological collaboration with Japanese SMEs
• Keen to form Joint Ventures with Japanese SMEs in Singapore or third countries

To apply to participate in the programme, please complete the application form and submit it to the AAIS Secretariat via email to jessica_lo@aais.org.sg, by Friday, 30 June 2023. Please also direct inquiries to the same.



Shortlisted participating companies will be contacted by SMRJ and matched with Japanese SMEs. Interpreters and business advisors will be assigned to support the business meetings. For those not travelling to Japan, meetings will be held online. The schedule of meetings and confirmation of travel will be announced once the matching exercise is completed by mid Oct latest.
