Event Details

AAIS members and professionals from the aerospace industry are invited to join us for the launch of SS 708:2024, a new Singapore Standard to establish a framework for filament layer manufacturing (FLM) in aerospace applications. Developed by a working group comprising aerospace and AM industry experts alongside the national regulatory and standards body, SS708:2024 covers hardware, systems, and controls to support part producers, DOA/POA applicants, and end users of aerospace components.

The launch event will be taking place on Day 2 of the inter airport Southeast Asia exhibition and conference, and will feature speakers from CAAS, NAMIC and ST Engineering. Find out more about the latest applications, potential of the global AM market for aerospace and how the standards can benefit your organisation.
