    Lead, NACE@NP at Ngee Ann Polytechnic

    Dr Sara Zaman leads the National Centre of Excellence for Workplace Learning at Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NACE@NP). She coordinates Workplace Learning training programmes in the area of OJT Blueprint Development, Training Needs Analysis, Coaching and Mentoring. She also oversees various Workplace Learning consultancy projects with companies.

    Sara has a Masters in Microbiology and a PhD in Molecular Biology. She also has a Master in Education and is a recipient of teaching awards. Sara is a certified Workplace Learning Consultant and has facilitated numerous part-time courses for adult learners.

    Marlia is part of the Enterprise Development Group (Manufacturing Division) in Workforce Singapore (WSG). Her main role involves engaging with companies to identify manpower challenges and skills requirements and to develop manpower initiatives. She oversees the Aerospace sector and works closely with sector agencies and industry partners on developing the sector.
