Sia Kheng Yok is the Chief Executive of the Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore), a not-for-profit organization representing Aviation and Aerospace businesses in Singapore. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Aviation Studies Institute at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, the Industry Advisory Committee of the Singapore Institute of Technology, and the Engineering Advisory Committee of Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Before joining the Association in 2016, Kheng Yok was at the Singapore Economic Development Board for more than 20 years as Director for Transport Engineering and in other responsibilities including aerospace and logistics, leadership development, economic resource and policy development, etc. He also served for a time as Director of the Singapore Aerospace Programme at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research.

Ms Pang Min Li graduated from the National University of Singapore specialising in material engineering design. She was involved in the design and production support on Boeing 757-200 passenger-to-freighter conversion in ST Aerospace. She was posted to ST Mobile Aerospace in Alabama, USA to serve as a liaison engineer for the prototyping of the converted B757-200 freighter.
Ms Pang Min Li is now a Senior Investigator (Air Safety Investigation) in the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB), Ministry of Transport. With over 10 years of experience in conducting investigations into aviation accidents and incidents, Ms Pang has conducted over 15 local and overseas investigation cases as investigator-in-charge and accredited representative. Besides conducting safety investigations, she is also responsible for reviewing and enhancing the TSIB’s manuals to ensure the Bureau’s procedures and legislation are aligned with Annex 13 Standards and Recommended Practices and plan TSIB’s investigation training programme.
