FAA recognises that "deviations from approved procedures continue to be a leading cause of maintenance-related aircraft accidents". Engineers and technicians in the aviation industry are trained to follow procedures…. So why does this continue to be an issue?

Explore the causes of procedural drift in aviation maintenance and understand the implications at this seminar on "Understanding Procedural Drift and its Effects". We will discuss how to identify incident root causes and underlying issues involving organisational, systemic, leadership or team elements. Learn how we can be more precise in developing preventive and corrective actions.
