Enhanced Support Level for Job Redesign Reskilling
of Existing Employees

Since May 2023, AAIS has proudly partnered with Workforce Singapore (WSG) as the programme partner for the CCP for Aerospace Officer and Aerospace Executive roles. Building on its success since 2019, the CCP has reskilled over 5,000 individuals from more than 70 companies in the Aerospace and Air Transport industries, equipping them for new roles and driving workforce transformation.

Workforce Singapore has recently expanded the eligibility of existing employees participating in Job Redesign Reskilling (JRR) under the CCP beyond those in vulnerable job roles. With effect from 1 Apr 2024, WSG will support employers reskilling any existing employee taking on new growth job roles identified under the Industry Transformation Maps/Jobs Transformation Maps.
