Despite ongoing geopolitical uncertainties and global macroeconomic challenges, business sentiment in the aerospace sector remains positive. Aerospace firms anticipate a stronger business outlook for January–June 2025, compared to the fourth quarter of 2024, driven by robust air travel demand and increased aircraft engine repair jobs from commercial airlines. Notably, a net weighted balance of 42% of firms surveyed expect higher output in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the previous quarter.
