Inaugural Drones Asia 2023
The Singapore UAS Community by AAIS was a supporting partner of the inaugural Drones Asia 2023 held from 15 to 16 March 2023 at Sands Expo and Convention Centre. AAIS was honoured to deliver the Welcome Address and participate in the launch event.
We were pleased to receive a stream of visitors and held good meetings with the Malaysian and Indonesian civil aviation authorities, MRANTI, Invest Northern Ireland, Invest Selangor and others at our booth. The UAV Innovation Theatre at Drones Asia drew speakers from major regional organisations besides many other excellent speakers from across the region and Singapore.
The first day was capped with a joint networking event between the SG UAS Community and Inmarsat, in conjunction with the launch of its Velaris service in Singapore.
